We’re so excited to celebrate with you in Florida sunshine! The dress code is springtime formal—think light, colorful, and elevated spring wedding attire. Suits, dresses, and seasonal fabrics are perfect for the warm weather and outdoor setting.

We absolutely love your children, but due to venue and guest count limitations, our wedding will be adults-only, with the exception of immediate family. For those who do plan to travel with children, we are happy to share information about childcare services available through Coastal Sitters. We completely understand this may make travel difficult for some guests, and for that reason, we are also planning another celebration in Buffalo, NY in the summer of 2027 for friends and family who cannot make it to Florida. We would be thrilled to celebrate with you and your children there!

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. In the event of rain, the celebration will be moved under a covered area. There will also be an air-conditioned indoor room available throughout the evening for anyone who would like to step inside and cool off.

This time of year in Bradenton is typically warm, sunny, and beautiful! Average daytime temperatures are usually in the upper 70s to low 80s, with evenings cooling down into the mid-to-upper 60s. It’s generally one of the drier and less humid times of year in Florida, though brief rain showers are always possible. We recommend light, breathable attire for the celebration, and perhaps a light layer for the evening.

Transportation will not be provided, as our recommended hotels are just a 1–2 minute walk from the venue, while other accommodations are spread throughout the Bradenton area. Uber and Lyft are both readily available and easy to use for anyone needing transportation to or from the celebration. There is also a free parking lot located directly across the street from the venue for guests who plan to drive.

Yes! There is street parking available directly outside the venue, as well as a free public parking garage located directly across the street at the City Centre Parking Facility (1000 3rd Ave W, Bradenton, FL 34205).
